Yes. A significant portion of our commercial work is as a nominated or preferred waterproofing subcontractor to principal contractors, on both new construction and remediation. We integrate with your QA and WHS systems and program our works against the master schedule.
Yes. We provide inspection and test plans, hold and witness point records, compliance statements, product data and warranty schedules suitable for private certifiers, building surveyors and superintendents.
Yes. Much of our commercial remediation is carried out on occupied buildings — apartments, retail and car parks. We stage works to maintain access and safety for occupants, and coordinate closely with building management on timing and communication.
We provide written workmanship warranties on all installations. On qualifying projects, extended manufacturer system warranties are available through our applicator accreditation. Warranty terms are documented before works commence.
