Emergency make-safe
Following clearance from the fire service and insurer, we erect hoardings or temporary enclosures, board openings, install temporary roofing and establish safe exclusion zones — protecting the structure and preventing unauthorised access.
Structural assessment
A thorough condition survey identifies elements compromised by fire, heat, smoke or firefighting water. A structural engineer is engaged where required to assess load-bearing elements and specify repair or demolition.
Strip-out & waste removal
All non-salvageable material is removed under a controlled scope — charred framing, damaged plasterboard, fire-affected insulation and contaminated fixtures — with asbestos screening on older properties before disturbance.
Smoke, soot & odour remediation
Affected surfaces are cleaned and treated with HEPA vacuuming, chemical sponge wipe-down, and thermal fogging or ozone treatment to eliminate odour from cavities and surfaces.
Reinstatement
All elements are reinstated to NCC/BCA standards, with full photographic documentation and building-certifier inspection at key stages where required.
Insurance coordination
We provide itemised scope-of-works, structural engineering reports, progress photos and completion documentation to support the claim through to finalisation.
