Q: How quickly can you attend for an emergency? For active flood, fire or storm emergencies, we aim to have a crew on site within 2–4 hours across the Brisbane and Gold Coast metro areas, subject to crew availability and conditions. Q: Can I get a quote by email without a site visit? For minor works where you can provide detailed photographs and measurements, we may be able to provide a preliminary indication by email. However, for any significant remedial, restoration or structural scope, a site inspection is essential to produce an accurate and binding quote.
Q: Do you service areas outside Brisbane and Gold Coast? We regularly work across the broader SEQ region. For projects on the Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, northern NSW or regional Queensland, contact us to discuss — we assess project feasibility and travel requirements on a case-by-case basis.
Q: What should I do while waiting for your emergency crew to arrive? Ensure all occupants move to safety. Switch off electricity at the switchboard if it is safe and the switchboard is not in a flood-affected area. Do not re-enter structurally compromised areas. Photograph visible damage if it is safe to do so. Your safety is the priority — our crew will handle the building.
