Complete home transformations

Home renovations across Brisbane & the Gold Coast

We manage every stage — from initial design consultation through to final handover — under a single fixed-price contract. Whether you are updating a dated 1970s brick home, transforming a post-war Queenslander or reimagining a modern suburban house.

Overview

What is a full home renovation?

A full home renovation involves updating, reconfiguring or completely transforming some or all of the interior and exterior elements of an existing home. This can range from a cosmetic refresh — new flooring, paint, fixtures and fittings — through to a structural transformation involving the removal of walls, reconfiguration of floor plans, addition of new spaces and full replacement of all services.

At Innovare, we specialise in the more ambitious end of the renovation spectrum, while also offering staged renovation strategies for clients who wish to spread the investment over time.
