The Innovare Renovations team was built around a simple belief: homeowners deserve a builder who takes as much care with the design of their home as they do with its construction. Too many renovation projects in Brisbane and the Gold Coast begin with a contractor who has little interest in the aesthetic or functional intent of the space. We work differently.
Our leadership team brings together licensed builders, project managers, interior designers and specialist tradespeople who collaborate daily. Every person on your project has a defined role, and you always have direct access to your dedicated project manager.
We are proud to hold our QBCC Licence 15514239 and to operate under QBCC Home Warranty insurance for eligible residential projects. For projects with a NSW component, we also hold NSW Builder Licence No. 474965C.
