We aim to respond to all general enquiries within one business day, and to provide a quote within two to three business days of a site inspection for standard residential jobs. Commercial and industrial projects may require additional assessment time.
Yes. Quotes are free and without obligation. For small, clearly scoped jobs we can often quote by phone or email; for larger projects we prefer a site visit.
For smaller or clearly defined jobs — a single shed removal, a roof inspection, a limited mould area — we can often provide a preliminary estimate from photos and descriptions. This is always confirmed on-site before work commences.
