Innovare Demolitions holds the credentials required under Queensland and national law to carry out the most complex and hazardous demolition and remediation work: an A-Class Asbestos Removal Licence, a Queensland Demolition Licence, and registration with the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC).

Every team member holds current asbestos-awareness certification, and our licensed removalists hold the formal units of competency required by law.
We invest in proper PPE, decontamination facilities, negative-air pressure enclosures where needed, and independent air monitoring by a third-party hygienist on all A-Class jobs. Our approach is methodical and never hurried — rushing asbestos removal or demolition creates risk for workers, neighbours and future occupants.
