S8 safes must meet the relevant Queensland Health and Pharmacy Board specifications. We provide reinforced fixing provisions for safe installation and can coordinate the supply of compliant safes through approved suppliers.

Yes. We are experienced constructing to third-party design documentation packages. We review the package for buildability and NCC compliance before commencing.

A standard community pharmacy fitout (100–200 sqm) typically takes 6–10 weeks from approval, depending on complexity. Larger dispensary builds and hospital-adjacent facilities may require longer programmes.
