Innovare Commercial is a specialist commercial fitout and construction company operating across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and South East Queensland. We're part of the Innovare Group — a licensed building entity covering residential, commercial and specialised construction under one experienced team.

Innovare Commercial was established to serve clients who needed a builder with genuine hands-on experience across multiple commercial sectors, deep knowledge of compliance obligations, and the project-management discipline to deliver on time without surprises.
The Innovare Group has operated across Brisbane and South East Queensland for a number of years — a portfolio spanning corporate tenancies in Brisbane CBD and South Brisbane, medical suites in Chermside and Spring Hill, retail shopfits across Gold Coast centres in Robina and Southport, and hospitality venues in Fortitude Valley and the inner south. That experience is embedded in every project we take on.
Our directors bring backgrounds in project management, construction law and trade supervision. We're not a design-only firm that hands off to a builder — we are the builder, which means our clients have a single point of accountability from concept sign-off through to practical completion and the defects liability period.
Across every commercial building class
We build across all classes of commercial and public building under the National Construction Code — Class 5 offices, Class 6 retail, Class 9 health and aged care, Class 10 ancillary structures, and associated Class 7 and 8 warehouse and industrial spaces.
We also self-perform strip-out and make-good, which lets us bid on end-of-lease restorations and combined strip-and-refit projects with full scope control.

A fixed-price proposal, line by line
We conduct a detailed site inspection and produce a fixed-price proposal with a comprehensive scope of works. We don't quote lump sums that hide inclusions — everything is line-itemised so you know exactly what you're getting.
Weekly reporting & coordination
Our project managers provide weekly progress reports and maintain open communication with your representative, the base-building manager and relevant authorities — with daily WHS compliance and quality hold points throughout.
A thorough defects walk
We conduct a defects walk with you before issuing a Certificate of Practical Completion. Our defects liability period follows industry-standard terms, and our aftercare team responds promptly to any post-completion issues.
Every project, delivered to code
Queensland QBCC Contractor Licence 15514239 · New South Wales Builder Licence 474965C. We carry public liability, contract works and workers compensation coverage across all active project sites.
Where we work
Our Brisbane projects are concentrated in the inner city and middle ring — Brisbane CBD, South Brisbane, Fortitude Valley, Spring Hill, Milton, Toowong, and south-side suburbs including Eight Mile Plains and Upper Mount Gravatt. On the north side, we regularly work in Chermside and Aspley.
On the Gold Coast, our strongest concentration is the commercial corridor through Southport, Bundall, Robina and Varsity Lakes. We also service the broader SEQ region and travel to regional Queensland for appropriate project sizes.
