Commercial flooring — supplied & installed across SEQ

We supply and install commercial flooring across all building types and industry sectors in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. From epoxy and polished concrete in industrial and medical settings to carpet tile in corporate offices and LVT in retail, we select and install flooring that matches the functional demands, aesthetics and maintenance realities of each space.

Single-scope supply & install

The right floor system for every space

We do both supply and install as a single scope — simplifying responsibility for materials quality and installation workmanship. We can also install client-supplied products in appropriate situations.

Specification and installation coordination across multiple flooring types within a single fitout is standard for us. We manage zone boundaries, transition strips and skirting terminations as part of the flooring scope.

Flooring systems we install

A system for every sector

Polished concrete

Durable, low-maintenance flooring for retail, hospitality and office. We grind and polish existing slabs or lay new concrete — from cream/salt-and-pepper through to full aggregate exposure, with optional sealer, stain or colour systems.

Epoxy resin flooring

Seamless, impervious, chemical-resistant surfaces for commercial kitchens, medical facilities, labs, dispensaries and industrial — with optional anti-slip aggregate, decorative flake or terrazzo-effect finishes.

Vinyl & resilient

Heterogeneous and homogenous sheet, LVT and SPC. Homogenous vinyl (Tarkett, Forbo, Polyflor) for healthcare infection control; LVT and SPC for retail, office and hospitality.

Carpet tile

Acoustic performance, underfoot comfort and easy partial replacement. We install modular tile from Interface, Milliken, Godfrey Hirst and Shaw Contract across office fitouts.

Timber & engineered timber

Commercial-grade solid and engineered timber for hospitality, boutique retail and premium office — direct-stick and floating systems with moisture barriers for Queensland’s humid climate.

Safety & anti-slip

Slip-resistant flooring from Polyflor and Altro for wet areas, kitchens and change rooms — selected and installed to meet AS 4586 slip resistance requirements.

By sector

Matched to how each space is used

The right floor depends on traffic, cleaning regime, compliance obligations and brand positioning. Here’s how we typically specify across sectors.

  • Healthcare: homogenous vinyl with coved skirtings (infection control)
  • Hospitality kitchens: epoxy with anti-slip aggregate or commercial tile
  • Offices: carpet tile, LVT or polished concrete
  • Retail: polished concrete, LVT or tile
  • Gyms: rubber (rolled or interlocking) and sprung systems
  • All systems installed to manufacturer substrate & humidity specs
Commercial Flooring FAQ

Questions we're often asked

We do both — supply and install as a single scope. This simplifies responsibility for materials quality and installation workmanship. We can also install client-supplied products in appropriate situations.
We assess the slab during a site inspection — checking aggregate type, slab age, existing coatings, moisture levels and surface condition. Not all slabs suit polished concrete; where they do not, we advise on alternatives.
LVT has a foam or felt backing and suits temperature-stable environments. SPC has a rigid mineral core that resists temperature fluctuation — better suited to Queensland’s climate where air conditioning transitions are more extreme.
Yes. Specification and installation coordination across multiple flooring types within a single fitout is standard for us — we manage zone boundaries, transition strips and skirting terminations as part of the flooring scope.
